Hela Lahar is an American-Israeli Executive. Hela is an educator who has spent the last 17 years devoted to strategic development and leadership of new initiatives in different organizations, in both Israel and the US, and has led many multinational programs bridging the divides between communities.
Hela has spoken to audiences in Israel and all over the US, where she has managed to articulate nuance and complexity, and bring to life the subject matters of which she speaks, on college campuses, congregations, panels, conferences and more. Most recently, Hela has spoken at a UN panel on Women in Peacebuilding, alongside ambassadors and professors from all over the world.
Hela holds a Masters in Diplomacy and Security Studies from Tel Aviv University and is a certified facilitator with Resetting The Table, a Hillel ACCELERATE alum, as well the Jewish Peoplehood Executive program of the Anu Center in TLV.
